From your systems to your suppliers

Requests arrive pre-filled. Trace brings in products, materials, orders and supplier records from your ERP or PLM. Suppliers confirm the information and complete what is missing.

Suppliers involve the next tier. Each supplier responds through a link, without creating an account, and invites the suppliers responsible for its materials and components.

Responses build the product’s supply chain record. Production sites, process steps and documents stay linked to the relevant products, orders and batches.

Review the evidence behind each claim

Keep the source attached. Connect certificates, test reports and declarations to the suppliers and products they cover. See where information came from and which claims still need supporting documents.

Reduce manual document checks. AI extracts certificate details, including standards and expiry dates. Trace flags missing information and approaching expiry dates for review.

Approve information for use. Your team reviews the evidence before approval. Approved information flows into Brand Cloud and Passport Builder, with a record of the review process.

Review traces and assessments

Certificates and test reports, checked on arrival

Extract certificate details and test results for review. Tappr reads the issuer, licence number, scope and validity, compares measured values to the limits in the standard, and flags what does not hold up before it reaches a passport.

Questions about Trace

Do suppliers need an account?
No. Suppliers open a link, review the pre-filled information and complete their part. Requests are available in multiple languages.
How far upstream can Trace collect information?
Collection can continue beyond tier four. Each supplier invites the next, building out the suppliers and production sites behind the product’s materials and components.
What documents can suppliers provide?
Certificates, test reports, supplier declarations and geolocation files. Trace keeps documents connected to the relevant supplier, product or order so your team can assess what they support.
What does AI check, and what does our team review?
AI extracts information from documents, while validation checks flag missing or inconsistent entries. Your team reviews the evidence and decides what to approve.
Does Trace produce the EUDR due diligence statement?
Trace organises the supplier information and evidence used to prepare the statement. Your team reviews that evidence and completes the due diligence and submission process. EUDR guide →
How is the information used beyond compliance?
Approved supplier information can feed product passports, customer information and retailer questionnaires. Material and component details can also support decisions about repair, refurbishment and recycling.
